When Nida Azwer Stunned Beirut With Her Collection ‘The Summer Palace’ At BPFS17

May 10, 2017

Every camera flashed and every hand

As an excited bunch of the most celebrated Pakistani designers entered Beirut for BPFS17, so did a stampede of equally excited fashion editors, bloggers and shutterbugs to witness the magic along with an audience of nation’s elite. Beirut was graced with this fashion extravaganza for the launch of Bridals.pk, which is Pakistan’s first online shopping experience for the brides. From Nomi Ansari to Tena Durrani, many noted designers showcased their collections at the event but the applause went right through the roof when Nida Azwer took over the ramp for a victorious closing. If there’s one name that pops right up in mind when it comes to a perfect fusion of traditional and contemporary designs while maintaining the element of sheer elegance, it’s Nida Azwer’s. After making everyone fall in love with her designs in Pakistan, she took the game to the new level by pushing it to the style capital of Lebanon. Elegant, classy and having just the right amount of bling, Nida Azwer’s collection at BPFS17 had the audience hooked at once and featured pieces that we couldn’t help drooling over.

Sparkle, sparkle and some more sparkle! Nida Azwer’s couture pieces perfectly tailored into western silhouettes shone in all their glory. Conventional is a word Nida doesn’t have in her dictionary because every design exuded uniqueness and one of a kind cut. From organza wraps dipped in elegant embellishments to flared pants, every piece was a sight in itself and oh-so-amazing.
