THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING:
Increase your juice intake! You don’t want a dehydrated body that will eventually make your skin go dry. Use a cleansing mask once or twice a week to round off your facial routine. This is also the time to get regular manicures, so the ring on your wedding day will give them an extra glow! Moisturize your hands and feet every night before going to bed. Start making appointments with your make-up artist, hair stylist, photographer and check on your tailor for all your wedding dresses. By this time, you should know what your dress will look like; continue with your weight loss regime. Exercise, go for a morning and evening walk, and keep your calorie intake to 500 per day. Do not skip conditioning your hair! You can even go for conditioning treatments. If you have oily hair, use your natural oil to condition your scalp. This will help get rid of the dandruff too!
