Most of these ingredients including canned anchovies are easily available in grocery stores such as Al-Fatah, Jalal Sons and even HKB. The croutons too can be made at home very easily or purchased at your nearest grocery store.
You can easily make croutons at home. But we suggest that instead of frying them you stick to a more unconventional yet healthier method. Pop them in the oven and bake them till they turn the right color! Mix some melted butter, olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cut some bread into even cubes and put them in a bowl and mix them up. Bake them till they turn crispy and golden.
