Their attention is divided between making sure their child does not go too far away or outside the venue and meeting and catching up with all the other guests. Set up a kid’s table and place lots of crayons on each seat. This will give them a chance to sit down and draw with concentration while their parents mix up with other guests. Hire a caretaker for the night who will supervise the kids and make sure they are having fun. The parents will also relax and you will be their hero for decades to come!

Place different levels of jigsaw puzzles at the kid’s table and they will solve each level turn by turn. The caretaker can supervise here as well and keep the kids organized.

Nothing better than kids jumping on a bouncing castle. Place a well-sized bounce in a corner for an outdoor wedding and you won’t even have to hire a separate supervisor to keep them organized. Everyone will know where their kids are!

Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookies! Get a server to distribute them to the kids while they are drawing or doing puzzles. This way they won’t come running to their parents when they’re hungry and there is time in lunch/dinner yet.
