Article By: Hadia Hassan

I still remember doing aerobics to “I’m a Barbie girl” back in school. That was the time of pigtails and pompoms. When sports day was a big deal and things were simpler. Uncomplicated. Aerobics was my favorite class as a kid. I’d look forward to Friday when we would have an hour-long aerobics class which we absolutely loved. The energy, the positivity and the happiness it filled us with were what made us fall in love with this light workout. Even today, when I feel like I’m putting on extra pounds, I put on my playlist and just start moving. Not only does it leave me revitalized but it also helps me get back in shape!

We’ve all had those moments where our workout routines got so exhausting that we started dreading them. We end up with lots of cramps and feel physically drained. Your workout routine doesn’t necessarily have to be strenuous. You can still enjoy working out and lose weight in the process. Aerobics is the least laborious form of workout and it also helps stay calm and stress-free. So one thing is certain! We do not intend to give up on aerobics any time soon!
