Sonam Ki Shadi: A Star-Studded Wedding Affair!

We have all been waiting for this shadi to happen since we read the post circulating about the date getting fixed at the start of the year. Sonam Kapoor, the ultimate style goddess with her beautiful features and amazing style sense; none of us could wait to see what she would wear at her wedding. We saw Bollywood stars practicing their dance moves for the ceremony, and just wanted the day to come already! Here is what she wore on her wedding days:

Mehndi was more of an intimate event for which she wore an off-white shirt, lilac izhaar and a coral shaded dupatta with gota embellished borders. The groom adorned salmon pink sherwani to complete the coordinated look.

For Sangeet she wore a beautiful ivory lehnga choli with details of gold in it. Sonam paired it with a gorgeous set of choker necklace, tika, jhumkas and a bracelet.

Sonam chose to go traditional for her wedding day and wore a red lehnga choli designed by Anuradha Vakil. She was loaded with ethnic jewelry balanced by her minimal makeup touch. The tulip motifs gave a very conventional to the attire.

Sonam personified elegance at her reception with shades of grey and a bold red lipstick. She only wore a necklace to go with the look, so she stood out from what most brides would wear on their reception. But this is Sonam we are talking about, and the girl can pull off anything you can imagine!
